Romanian
Orthodox Services
St. John of Suceava, Romanian Orthodox Church, holds Sunday Worship
in our Chapel at 10:00 a.m., followed by coffee hour in Fellowship
Hall. It is a privilege to be able to serve the needs of a congregation
of people who have recently immigrated to the U. S. from Romania.
It is also, more importantly, a humbling experience to hear and
to observe the deep gratitude and respect they show for the opportunity
to worship God in their own language and in a sacred space.

Child Development Center
This September begins the ninth year of our expanded program.
Southern New Hampshire Services administers this part-day, 10-month
program (September to June) for 3 to 5 year-olds. The program
occupies two classrooms in the Carriage House and has an enrollment
of 38 children, all of whom come from families who have qualified
for Head Start under the Federal poverty guidelines. Breakfast
and Lunch are served daily.
We are glad for this strong collaborative effort that continues
the long tradition of Brookside Church serving the wider community
with early childhood education opportunities.

Hospital Visits
Because federal law greatly restricts the disclosure of patient
information by hospitals, the pastor and church office may not
know that a member of the church has been admitted to the hospital.
If you are hospitalized, and would like a visit from the pastor,
it is important that you (or a family member) notify the church
office as soon as possible. Call us
at 669-2807. Remember, hospitals no longer can provide
this information to us.
