Room to Grow, Room to Serve, Room
for You

We continue with this important work
of tending to our church family during challenging times. We do
this through sending cards, making phone calls, visitations and,
in some cases, delivering meals. We are a group who are very dedicated
to our mission.
If you are interested in being involved
with this ministry or if you are part of the Brookside Community
and have needs or concerns, please contact Pastor Dawn at 669-2807 x 101 or leave a message for the
coordinator, Rosemary Hoysradt, with the church office
at the phone number listed above.
On March 27, Brookside’s newly formed group for Singles (Ones in Friendship) held its first meeting to discuss goals and activities of interest. The goals are to build friendships, plan activities, welcome friends and respect values of the church. Currently there are 15 members.
Planning meetings are held the first Sunday of the month at 11:30 in the Manning House Parlor. All single Brooksiders are encouraged to attend. Participation in group activities is as much as one has time or interest for. Some activities will have a cost and others will be hikes, lakes, picnics or scenic walks.
